Amazing what a difference some decent weather can make. Rooms are brighter, views are better and the gardens look green and lush again.

We've noticed a significant increase in new applicant registrations as well as a number of sales being agreed over the last two weeks along with some exciting new instructions in the Barnet area and surrounds. Lets not kid ourselves, it's been a subdued start to year, but it does appear to have turned a corner with some very welcomed positive activity.
