Spring's on it's way.

Now the 'Beast from the East' and 'Storm Emma' are out of the way and Spring's seemingly on the horizon, it's probably a good time to consider putting your house on the market if you are thinking of moving.

We've found that the traditional pattern is that most people are actively looking between March through to  July for varying reasons whether it be upsizing, changing schools or the general 'feel good' factor coming out of the winter period.
