Positive activity

Its been a very positive few days. We've just exchanged contracts on a site with planning consent for 6 flats in New Barnet which will be an extremely impressive development once its completed.

We've also managed to finally pull off a very complicated sale after several months of negotiating in N20 which has had more twists and turns than a Dan Brown novel. All done now with everyone happy.

We've also manage to secure several sole agency instructions on some fantastic properties which will appear in our search pages in the coming days. Keep an eye out for those as we're anticipating some serious interest once they are live.
